Swedish Massage
A gentle and flowing massage technique that is particularly effective for people suffering from work related or personal stress. Swedish massage can relax and tone sore tired muscles: assist the flow of blood and oxygen within the body; encouraging the lymphatic flow and leave you feeling calm and energized.

Shiatsu
Derived from an Asian system of healing, treats special points along "meridians." The belief is that blocked meridians can cease the energy flow or "Chi" in the body causing physical discomfort. Techniques applied to specific meridian points can "release" the blockage, thereby balancing the energy flow.

Deep Tissue Massage
